I have worked in education for nearly four decades, with over 20 years’ experience on the leadership teams of secondary schools.  In that time, I have been involved in several capital projects, as well as advising schools on using educational technology to enhance teaching and learning.

My role as Chief Operating Officer sees me working with all the schools in the Trust on their capital strategies, health and safety, IT and data protection, together with supporting new schools in the conversion process.

What I really value about working in the Bourne Education Trust is how supportive colleagues are of each other and the intense focus that exists on gaining the best possible outcomes for the young people within the Trust schools.
