After joining Epsom and Ewell as an NQT in 2010, I have been fortunate to benefit from the rapid career progression and exciting opportunities offered by Bourne Education Trust.

Throughout my time with BET, I have been well supported and mentored at every stage of my career. This has allowed me to make informed choices when taking on leadership positions across four of our secondary schools. I have gained invaluable experience in school improvement as both a member of the teaching staff and leader across multiple settings. Having experience in different roles and contexts has enhanced and broadened my skill set.

I am immensely proud to be the Headteacher at Teddington and support the Trust's values by ensuring that the educational experience every child receives is first-class. Across the Trust and at Teddington we firmly believe that every child is entitled to an excellent educational experience, which offers breadth of curriculum, academic rigour, opportunity, and enables students to leave equipped with the skills to succeed in whichever future pathway they choose in their adult lives.

I take great pride in working for BET, I am grateful for the opportunities I have been given and look forward with excitement to what lies ahead.
