I have worked in education for more than 21 years, with the last eight of those as a headteacher. I am proud to say that over that time, I progressed from NQT to Headteacher at Epsom and Ewell High School. I have developed a deep understanding of school leadership and the challenges and opportunities that come with delivering the very best outcomes for young people. In my current role as Transformation Director for Bourne Education Trust, I draw on that experience to shape the Trust’s strategic direction and drive meaningful change.

I am particularly passionate about the role that technology and artificial intelligence can play in education. By embedding digital innovation across our schools, I aim to create smarter ways of working, enhance teaching and learning, and ensure that our staff and students are equipped for the demands of a rapidly evolving world. My focus is on making sure the Trust remains agile, forward-looking and ambitious - always striving to provide the best possible environment in which both young people and colleagues can thrive.
