Freemantles School
BackFreemantles School provides education for children and young people with complex social communication needs and has developed a renowned understanding and specialism in this area.
The school supports children from 4-19 years old (with a wide catchment area which covers most of Surrey) and has expressed a commitment to supporting all pupils with Autism in Surrey. As a result Freemantles has a very well established and highly reputed community support role which includes outreach, training and most recently a co-lead High Communication and Interaction Needs (High Functioning Autism) centre with Worplesdon School.
Freemantles' Outreach Department supports over 1000 pupils in primary schools in the West of Surrey, receiving referrals to support schools and families to better understand their children’s needs and therefore be able to address them more successfully.
