As Head of Finance at Bourne Education Trust my role is to ensure that good financial practice is maintained across the Trust by monitoring performance and achieving value for money.
Having spent the last 5 years working within education, I enjoy the challenge of providing the very best management support to our schools, enabling them to achieve their educational aims.
As a growing Trust we have been very successful in meeting our statutory and compliance obligations - which we attribute to the hard work and collaborative ethos of the finance teams across our schools.
